Riosco comes from a 1.60m jumping sire and on his mothers side his grandsire is a PSG Dressage horse! With his exquisite mix of jumping and dressage blood this wonderful young horse has everything it takes to become a top future sports horse.

He moves well and is naturally very balanced; he jumps with a good technique, shows plenty of scope, has fast reactions and is careful.

Coming from Diarado he has a very sensible head and wonderful character. Diarado is one of the most popular, and highest-ranked, stallions in Germany, and he impresses with exemplary ease at the jump, with superior scope, a willingness to perform that is second to none, manoeuvrability and intelligence; attributes that are necessary for today’s technical courses. Diarado is not only popular as a sire of show jumpers, but also as a sire of eventers; he always passes on his beautiful and correct type and conformation, which is so important for long-term soundness and durability.

The very talented Ramiro son Saros (Riosco’s sire) won almost everything as a young horse. At the age of seven he had already gained more than 60 victories and six titles; he was fourth in the world championships in Verden, Belgian champion Prix St.-Georges, national champion LRV heavy at the age of six and winner of the super final LRV-KBRSF. At the age of seven he won the prestigious international title “Best Young Stallion” in Zwolle (NL)..
